I’m someone who loves helping people learn and grow. Over the years I’ve discovered that my favorite projects are the ones where I get to simplify something complicated and turn it into training that feels clear and approachable. 

I enjoy using creativity and technology to make learning experiences that people actually want to use, whether that is a course, a resource hub, or a new tool that makes work easier. 

What motivates me most is seeing others gain confidence and succeed because of something I built.
